Tai Chi And Chi Kung
Learn the Yang Style Short Form and Chi Kung movements.
Over the course of the year, building week on week learn Tai Chi. Helps to Improve balance, posture, breathing, and overall health and well being. The classes are through the CCC adult education, in 3 x 10 week terms, with the possibility of additional classes during the summer. The first clas is the 18th September 2013, come along and have a go and see if it's to your liking.
|The classes are held in the Village Hall. The tutor Tzvi Lindeman has been teaching Tai Chi for 10 years, and is a TCUGB Instructor Member.|
